The WilComm Print Module allows WilComm documents such as purchase orders, invoices and other high volume forms or reports to be printed automatically on any Windows-based print device. The use of electronic forms merging and on-demand printing reduces or eliminates the need for expensive pre-printed stationery, which in turn reduces paper wastage.

Electronic forms also help to present a consistent, professional image, as company design standards are easier to enforce, and templates can be updated as often as required by internal staff without incurring reprint costs.

Document Distribution with WilComm + Print Module

The Print Module is an optional component of the WilComm document output management suite. Once you have set up your document or form in WilComm, the distribution rules allow you to assign a delivery method to each job. By intelligent inspection of files and their attributes, WilComm determines where and how to send each message. Printing details are extracted directly from applications, databases or spool files. Print Output queues are automatically monitored for new documents to process.

Forms Merging

Electronic forms merging as a better alternative to legacy print systems. Printed forms from the Print Module include graphics, bar codes, logos and rotated text. Perform data stream calculations on the fly to generate dynamic output and provide your customers with the information they need.
