The Problem with Paper Storage

Whilst ERP systems like IBS Enterprise and IBS Bookmaster result in significant efficiencies throughout the supply chain, the process of filing and retrieving purchase orders, invoices and other supply chain documents often remains an unsolved issue.

Integration with your existing infrastructure

StoreMaster is designed and built to integrate seamlessly with IBS Enterprise and IBS Bookmaster. It also stores electronic documents in all common file formats. You can easily search through scanned documents.

 

Storing Documents

StoreMaster automatically captures IBS output such as purchase orders, order confirmations, invoices and statements. These are indexed using values such as invoice number and order number, making retrieval very easy. View the stored documents in their original format and optionally send-on to the intended recipient.

Other types of document can be added to StoreMaster such as MS Word, Excel, PDF, AutoCAD files, TIFF and scanned documents. Your users can now retrieve the correct document from virtual drawers in seconds instead of hours.

Search using specific indexes, Boolean searching and full-text searching.

Users can view all related documents for a specific value e.g. a customer order number or invoice number.

To assist with tracking and compliance for audit purposes, StoreMaster also allows Notations to be appended to a document, and performs automatic user and time stamping.

 

“SuperText” Searching

StoreMaster takes advantage of advanced OCR technology to index every word within a document, thereby dispensing with the need to manually input additional identifiers.

StoreMaster’s SuperText Google-like search makes adding to and searching the StoreMaster repositories even easier and more comprehensive than before.

 

Barcode Facility

StoreMaster can uniquely identify each barcoded document and place it in the correct drawer. This means your users get fast retrieval times and the system administrator can rest easy knowing that documents are in the right location. The Barcode facility is perfect when processing large batch jobs or for conversion from paper-based systems.

 

Application Integration

API’s and Web services are used for directly accessing stored data from IBS Enterprise and IBS Bookmaster programs. The work has been done for you!

 

Retrieve

Retrieve archived documents from your browser, with repository access granted according to users’ normal Windows password security permissions (NTFS). Multiple search criteria are available across different reports and dates.

IBS users can take advantage of integrated search and retrieval with CRM, Royalties, Acc Payable & Acc Receivable.

 

FormsMaster Document Output Management

StoreMaster provides a stand-alone solution for archiving and retrieval, and is also designed to integrate with FormsMaster, the document output management solution from Wilkinson. Used together, they provide a complete solution for the creation, distribution, archiving and retrieval of forms, faxes, reports and other documents.
