Bulk Export/Import to Email Users and Address Book

Overview

An enhancement to WilComm Config is now available to simplify the process of managing entries in the Email Users list and Address Book.

Please contact Wilkinson EDS or your reseller to obtain this patch.


  • Sites must be running WilComm 4.2.1.3 before applying this patch.


Export

New options are provided to export the existing Address Book or Email Users entries to a CSV file.

This can be modified in a text editor, and provides a data format template for sites that wish to export Customer/User data from their ERP into WilComm.

Import

A new option to import Email User entries has been added with the same functionality as the existing Address Book import tool.

  • WilComm Server must be restarted after any import for the changes to take effect.
