Embedded Variables in Email Message and Fax Cover text
FieldMap variables can now be embedded into email message and fax cover sheet text.
Enhanced Email Attachment File Name Options
Email attachments can be named with the following options:
- A predefined file name
- Obtain file name from spool data, or a combination of values in the data
- Use a file attribute (for iSeries sites)
Custom Email Senders
Custom sender properties can be set for each Distribution Wizard section.
MultiForm
WilComm now processes spool files that have different layouts on multiple pages in the correct order. WilComm previously printed the same layouts together, which could be out of sync with the order within the spool file.
Spreadsheet Builder
- Added an option to include/exclude column headers.
- Now supports MS Excel 2000
- Improved ease of use
Other Enhancements
- Added ATLONG list file parameter to transaction file.
- WilComm Config now only requires POP username and password if user is set to receive email.
- Licence Key warning messages are not displayed if run in silent mode (Run with WilComm Services Manager)
- Added TIFF file output for File module
- Improved recovery logic for corrupt .PST files after File & Email modules end abnormally
- W4Filler creates separate log files based on the Service Name e.g. "W4Filler_WilPrint Service A.log".
- New reporting logic added for environment reporting
